Two of the factors that influence project plans include: Learning Curve and Organizational Project Management Maturity. The Learning Curve theory is a concept that discusses how organizational and individual learning can impact projectoutcomes; whereas, the Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) identifies how effectively an organization utilizes project management principles and concepts and if project management processes are in place in the organization.
