Two of the leaders of AlShabahave been captured by a counter-terrorism team from Kenya. When captured, they each had modern smart phones with a wealth of information. Included on the cell phones were videos clearly showing each of them committing separate acts of rape and murder. What, if any, war crimes should they be charged with and why? Where should they be tried and why? Would it change your answer if it were later found that both are originally from Minnesota?
