AI is increasingly being used to communicate with applicants (i.e. status, procedural items, etc.), as well as sort and rank candidates. Social media is not only used for advertising purposes, but also to research candidates. For this assignment, first, research the laws in the state you reside in relative to the use of AI in the recruitment process. Second, create a position statement that addresses: Whether or not AI should be regulated (in your state or in general) if it is not currently. If it is, then do you agree with this approach? *A summary of the research conducted should also be included. Whether or not the use of Social Media needs to be regulated in the recruitment and selection processes (i.e. how it can and cannot be used.)
