Two professors from AIUB are interested in analyzing whether there is any variation in the way they mark statisticspapers. Each of them check the same set of 12 papers. The first professor's grades have a variance of 52.3 whereas the second professor's grades gave a variance of 89.9. At 10% significance level, test the null hypothesis that the two variances are equal against the alternative that the first professor's variance is smaller.
