Two reinforcement strategies that Work Human used to affect individual behavior are public recognition and rewards. The video shows the use of public recognition as a powerful reinforcement strategy. By posting recognition moments on a social platform, the company not only acknowledges individual contributions but also reinforces positive behaviors in front of peers (Kinicki & Soignet,2022). This public recognition can serve as a strong motivator for employees to go above and beyond in their roles. The video also showed the importance of tangible rewards as a form of reinforcement. Offering rewards like travel, merchandise, or experiences can provide employees with a token of appreciation for their contributions (Kinicki & Soignet,2022). These rewards can create a sense of accomplishment and reinforce desired behaviors. Both public recognition and tangible rewards can be effective reinforcement strategies when used the right way. Public recognition can boost morale, form a sense of belonging, and encourage collaboration among team members. Tangible rewards can provide an incentive for employees to perform well and contribute to the organization's success. As a manager, I would be motivated by these strategies because they line up with my belief in the importance of recognizing and appreciating employees' contributions. As an employee, I would also be motivated by these strategies. Being acknowledged for my work and receiving rewards would make me feel valued and appreciated
