Two sets of regulations were reviewed by the Treasury pursuant to EO 13789, and the results of such review are: Proposed regulations under Section 2704 relating to valuation discounts have been withdrawn, and proposed and temporary regulations addressing partnership liabilities will likely be revoked in part.
