Two songwriters Peace and Robert, members of the English pop group Fleetwood Mac, signed a publishing agreement with a music publisher Danny on a standard printed form. Under the agreement, Peace/Robert assigned to Danny the copyright throughout the world of all their compositions for a period of five years. Peace/Robert agreed to deliver to Danny a minimum of one complete musical composition per month and Danny agreed to promote Peace/Robert's compositions to the fullest.
