Job Description 20 hours a week for Summer and Fall 2024 semester Rotating in all the accounting function groups: government accounting, trust fund and grant accounting, and financial reporting and audit. Shadowing members of all the accounting units as they perform their duties. Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. Preparing financial reports as required. Working with accounting software. Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the campus. Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations. Opportunity to receive trainings on internal audit and budget operation. The goal of the internship is to help the selected students gain responsibility, compliance with the working requirements, accounting job competency, interpersonal skills, and other general skills
