Main goal: Accomplish relocation of 100,000 square foot Distribution Centre from Calgary, Alberta to St. John's, NL to the clients' requirements

Main challenge: Complete end to end move in 6-week time period Client Requirements

All staff must be relocated and be in place for work on Day 1 of operations in St. John's, NL.

The Calgary Distribution Centre must stay open for 5 of 6 weeks while the move is happening- only 1 week of total downtown is permitted.

All Inventory from the Calgary (DC) must be fully relocated to the St. John's (DC)

The Project Must be on time and on budget.

As the Project Manager, you are required to provide a project plan using the following template.

Project Management Plan
