All staff must be relocated and be in place for work on Day 1 of operations in St. John's, NL.

The Calgary Distribution Centre must stay open for 5 of 6 weeks while the move is happening- only 1 week of total downtown is permitted.

All Inventory from the Calgary (DC) must be fully relocated to the St. John's (DC)

The Project Must be on time and on budget.
