Types of Project Management Paper Instructions

Create a short paper (just as long as you need it to be) in which you describe traditional and Agile project management methods.

Discuss strengths and weaknesses of each.

Include for each, what types of projects they may be more successful with.

Determine if it would or would not be possible to implement any form of Agile PM within your own organization, and explain why.
