Under a research framework outline (Concepts, theories, actors, constructs) for a case study, what concepts should I focus on for the following problem:

- proposed topic of this study will consider how project managers handle work-life balance with the changes implemented during COVID-19, and more specifically, how they manage work-life balance demands to meet the expectations of team members, clients, and the organization post-COVID-19. The study will be qualitative, using a positivist paradigm, and a single case study design.
