Under Statutory Law, what fines can be imposed when there is an infringement on intellectual property? Furthermore, under common law what fines can be imposed regarding once more infringment on intellectual property? And hows criminal law fit into this? I know there are instances where people can be incarcerated for infringement such as selling pirated movies, but what section of the law does this stem from? Thanks!!!!!
