Under this option, a generic printer is one without power supply and manuals and is produced in Vancouver and shipped to Euro DC using ocean transportation. Once the Euro DC gets a customer order, it "assembles" the full print by inserting the power supply module and the manuals. This has been called "localization" in p.5 of the case.
