Unfortunately I have seen ethical problems in the workplace. If I really wanted to think about every place I've worked I could honestly say that I have seen it at every job. There are just so many people who will do whatever they can to get what they want or to just cause issues. I'm going to use my husband for an example. He is an overnight shift supervisor at his plant and here recently he has been having constant issues every night between two of his workers. These two hate each other and they will do anything they can think of to stick it to the other. One example is messing with the others equipment they are using to make issues for the other which is a major safety concern for all. My husband and is supervisor have set the two employees down and had a private meeting with them. Explaining what is expected of them in their work environment.
