Overview

Please read the Unicorn Project, Chapter $3$ & $4$ and answer the following questions:

What are the DevOps process and behaviours that Parts Unlimited has implemented?

What are the factors that the executive team took into consideration when making the decision to prioritize the Pheonix deployment process?

List the major pain points that Maxine experienced while onboarding to the Pheonix project. What are the contributing factors to their existence? Describe a possible DevOps behaviour or practice that would improve this process.
