Use the following questions to organize your reflection:

"WHAT? Discuss what happened? What did you notice, what facts or observations stood out?" Try to not inject your bias into this observation, for example, "everyone talked". Instead notice the details "people asked questions that built on each other..." "SO WHAT?" Then, after all the salient observations have been collected, ask, "SO WHAT? Why is that important? What patterns or conclusions are emerging? What hypotheses or conclusions can you make? "NOW WHAT?" After the sense making is over, ask, "NOW WHAT? What actions make sense? What will we take away from this? And why might this matter to me personally and professionally?"
