With the knowledge of available contracts, you will be able to select and make an appropriate construction contract for a given project, no later than 5 working days from receiving the request from their manager, Construction Manager Joe Lurgano.
As part of your Contract Administration duties, Task 1 requires you to appraise the various types of building and construction contracts and describe the essential terms, elements and legal requirements that apply to contracts, including clarifying the rights and liabilities of parties within the context of construction projects. Task 2 will then require you to make an appropriate contract for a given project and present the final version to the management of RB Holdings for feedback and approval.
