Can this be worded better?

Based on the findings from the Character index and strengths assessments as well as any other assessments I have done, God has gifted me and designed me to be a person that nurtures, a giver, and compassionate to others but business minded. I constantly knew I had a great heart to help others but after doing my assessments I learned more about myself that I didn't realize I struggle with control issues. After transitioning, from helping others in the healthcare industry to being self-employed with Leadership ability I want my business ran a certain way.

When God gave me this vision three years ago, he asked me what's in your hands? At the time I wasn't sure what he meant but I kept looking at my hands and that's when I realize your hands are your gift. I love to serve him in helping others, organize and clean. In (Jeremiah 29:11)"For I know the plan I have for you," declares the Lord,'' plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future. I have always known my journey in healthcare industry was ending. I decided to buy a franchise to start commercial cleaning company.

In this process, I knew it would be a challenge to work a fulltime job and start a business, but I knew if this plan is lined up with God's word failure was not an option. God's word has never failed me, and I knew after working the business for three years it was time to leave the only career, I healthcare. D been in for thirty years.
