Unreasonable Customer.Leslie Page works as an administrative assistant at the Palms dinner theater. She handles records for sales of season tickets. Today, Mr. Bronson and his wife came in with two guests for the matinee performance. When the Bronsons and their guests found two of seats occupied, they went to Leslie for assistance. Mr. Broson indicates that he had purchased four season tickets. After checking on the computer, Leslie noticed that two of the tickets were returned in January and credit was issued.
When she tells Mr. Bronson this, he indicates that the tickets that were returned were for a show two months ago, not today's performance. Although Leslie wants to be helpful, there is not a lot she can do. Once the original tickets were released (and the credit issued) the tickets were resold. In addition, the table seating for today's matine performance is sold out. All Leslie can do is offer the Bronsons and their guests four seats in the gallery at the back of the theater. Mrs. Bronson is angry and insists on sitting in their original seats. She insists that Leslie remove the individuals from her seats. How should Leslie handle the situation?
