Brainstorm a list of all the current problems you face or others face at that job. For each problem, generate potential solutions. Another example might be that your coworkers do not wear their masks when their supervisors are not around. A possible solution might be to post some infographaics about the dangers of not wearing a mask around designated areas. Look over your list and choose the problem you nd most important/compelling. Who would be the person who could affect change? Draft a brief memo to that person that establishes the problem, describes the need for change, makes an argument for the solution, acknowledges any obstacles, and includes an implementation plan.
