URGENT, I am going to carry out a data math study research to prove housing prices in Canada are affected based on the location, construction prices, household income.

Right now, i have to work on a mathematical analyses (two hundred to three hundred words) that I will use in examining my data. Examples include measures of central tendency, standard deviations, comparisons of data through normal distributions, etc. However, I have no idea how to write it.
