Paul purchases a drone to take aerial photos. As he is adjusting the camera on the drone, the drone automatically turns on and the propellers start to turn and slice off one of Paul's fingers. The propellers are made of a very thin and very sharp aluminum to give the drone the ability to maneuver better than competitors.

The drone has a warning on the top that says the blades are

sharp, but Paul had the drone upside down to adjust the camera, and he had not noticed or paid attention to the warning beforehand.
