DURATION OVERTIME PART 2

4. 1976 Act- added 19 years to the renewal term of works subject to 1909 Act. For newly fixed works : Life of author plus 50 years

5. 1992: authomatically renewed works still in the initial term under 1909 Act. (1964- 1977)

6. CTEA copyright term extension act of 1998

added 20 years to renewal term of 1909 Act works
