Usability plays a significant aspect in the successful implementation of any document and records management system. In most cases, usability makes or breaks the EDRM system. In this post, we consider design and implementation in terms of usability. Do not respond with "if it's hard to use, people won't use it." Instead, tell us how a company can prevent a new system from being difficult to use. What steps could they take?
