Use a PIC16F84 with 8 LEDs and 2 switches to do the following:

If switch 1 is closed, all LEDs should flash On / Off with delay (0.3s).

If switch 2 is closed, all LEDs should counter in binary format.

If both switches are closed, then priority is given to switch 1.

The program must check the switches continuously.
