Identify the agreement (who the parties are/union and employer) Other than wages, identify three provisions (or subsections of provisions) which you think were proposed by and/or is of major interest to the union in bargaining. Explain why the union in particular benefits from such language. Other than wages, identify three provisions (or subsections of provisions) which you think were proposed by and/or are of major interest to the contractor association in bargaining. Explain why the employer in particular benefits from such language. Other than wages, identify one provision (or subset of a provision) of mutual concern which you think could have been proposed by either party. Explain why you think both parties can benefit from such language in the contract. Either in an introduction or concluding paragraph, briefly explain what you know about the purpose and process of collective bargaining.
