i)What well-know product does this company produce? In the U.S. where is this product produced? What portion of FHIs revenue does this product account?

ii)Briefly describe FHIs Keiretsu. Describe the entities which are the primary shareholders in FHI. Do they only have a shareholder interest in FHI, or do they also have other interests (e.g. customer, bank, supplier, etc).? Considering this structure, what is the influence of small independent shareholders in influencing FHI policy. (By independent, I mean shareholders not in the FHI Keiretsu.)

iii)Please see FHIs latest financial statements. Do they indicate what criteria were used to decide whether to use the equity method or consolidate a subsidiary? Are these criteria compatible with the Keiretsu structure? (That is does the use of equity method or consolidation imply significant influence or control, respectively?).

iv)Please see FHI dividends (or dividends per share) for the last few years. Is there any indication of how dividend policy is set? If so, how would this differ from U.S. dividend policy?
