Janine has the nicest disposition of everyone, but Ayumi has the strongest work ethic of everyone. If anyone has a nicer disposition than another, then she is happier. But if anyone has a better work ethic than another, then she is more successful. So, unless Janine and Ayumi are the same person, then Janine is happier than Ayumi, and Ayumi is more succesful than Janine.
