Question 2 (10 marks) Last week, Naila sent an email to Sumaiya, making the following offers: (i) An offer to lease her apartment in Sohar to Sumaiya, 'for as long as you wish to live there'. (ii) An offer to sell her car for OMR 6,000. Sumaiya immediately responded and accepted Naila's offer for the apartment. As for the other offer, Sumaiya replied that she would be willing to take the car for OMR 5,000 but Naila refused. A day later, Sumaiya wrote to Naila and said that she will accept Naila's original offer at OMR 6,000. However, Naila now refuses to grant the lease as well as to sell the car to Sumaiya.
