In the letter, NISB stated that Emma has ten days to accept. On 5th May, Emma sent NISB a fax that stated, The price for the audit seems too low. Would you consider paying RM 8000?" NISB received the fax. On 6'n May, another auditor, Ray offered to conduct the audit for RM7000. Emma heard about the offer made by Ray to NISB and on the same day send her acceptance letter to NISB, agreeing to do the work for RM7,500. NISB received Emma's letter on 7' May, Explain whether NISB and Emma have entered into a valid contract. (8 Marks)
