Water Activity meter	measure of how much of water in a food sample is free/unbound, and therefor available to microorganisms to use for growth.
Penetrometer	Measures the depth of penetration of the sample.
Refractometer Sugar	measuring the refraction.
Refractometer Oil	measure the refractive index of different liquid products.
Line spread	For viscosity measurement It measures the consistency of batter and other vicious food
