Your agency has a preferred supplier agreement with Qantas Holidays so you use this wholesaler whenever you can. Read the following scenario and use the extracts from the Qantas Holidays brochure to find products to meet the clients' requirements.

Scenario :

Mr David and Mrs Eliza Davenport wish to holiday in the UK and Europe. They are regular clients of your travel agency and have come in to your office to book their holiday. They live in Sydney and you have booked their flights to London flying Qantas.

On arrival in London on 20 April at 1400 they would like the 7 night London Week package staying at the Copthorne Tara Hotel, London.

Following 7 nights in London, they will hire a Compact Auto CCAR Nissan Juke - 4 doors A/C with Hertz for 7 full days and travel around Britain. They will take the Standard Rates. They will pick up the car at 1000 and deliver it back to Hertz before 1000 on the last day of hire. They will purchase 7 nights accommodation on the The Circle Great Britain accommodation pass in the Bed and Breakfast category.

On return to London they will leave the car in the morning and take the Eurostar to Paris in the early afternoon. They would like to travel in Standard Class. Please select a train departing as closely as possible to 1300 hours.

In Paris, they would like to stay at the Citadines Montmartre Paris apartment for 4 nights in a Studio for 2. Please also book them on the Illuminations of Paris tour on day 2 of their stay so they can get their bearings in Paris.

Once in Europe they will travel by train and together you have all decided that the best option is a Eurail Pass. They wish to be flexible in their travel so please book the Global Consecutive Pass for 15 days in 1^st class. Mr and Mrs Davenport will make their own accommodation arrangements during this month.

They will end their holiday in Frankfurt and fly back to Sydney from there. The flight will depart Frankfurt at 1800. Please book 2 night's accommodation in Frankfurt at the end of their Eurail Pass using the Hotel Excelsior Hotel. The hotel has also confirmed a late check out of 1400 at no extra cost.
