Use the following fact scenario to answer the questions :

Nathan contracts Tashandra as an agent to sell his car, to manage his personal business, to sell his yacht and to collect rent from a town house located at Mango Walk, St James. He signs a contract laying out all Tashandra's duties and how Tashandra was to be paid for her services. Tashandra sells the yacht for the price of $10 million dollars, which she deposits to Nathans's bank account minus the commissions she was entitled to under the contract.

Tashandra raised the rent collected the townhouse located in Mango Walk without telling Nathan, and then pockets the difference between the old and new rent which amounted to $10,000.00 each month. Before leaving, Nathan specifically told Tashandra, not to buy or sell goods on credit more than $20,000.00 due to trouble collecting from his customers. Tashandra went and bought $180,000.00 of clothing on credit from Kemarley and then sold them at a price authorized by Nathan.

Malik told Tashandra he was interested in buying Nathan's motor car but did not like the price which Nathan had authorized. Tashandra instead convinced Malik to buy Nathan's motor bike for $1million dollars even though Nathan did not authorize her to sell it. The motor bike was only valued at $500,000.00.
