Table of Contents (1 page)
This is a simple listing of the main and sub-headers in the paper, keyed to their corresponding page numbers.The main headings shown in the outline below may be used.
Number each following page sequentially through the last page of the project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Introduction (1/2 - 1 page)
Purpose: Provides the big picture description of your paper.
Write the Introduction as a brief, executive summary of the entire paper. It should not have too much detail - just enough to cover what the paper is about and how the research was done.
Ethics Definition (1/2 - 1 page)
Purpose:Provides a foundation for your ethical framework.
Explain the definition of ethics and virtuous business that you posted for the Workshop One1 discussion.This section includes a definition of ethics and virtuous business from your research, with in-text citations, and your personal definition of the two terms.You will need to write a minimum of one fully developed paragraph explaining why you defined ethics the way you did and do the same for virtuous business.
Review of Existing Ethical Frameworks (1-2 pages)
Purpose:Present outside examples of ethical frameworks used in practice.
Compare and contrast the three ethical frameworks from Workshop Two (Beckett Corp), Workshop Three (Tyco), and Workshop Four (Your Research) discussions.Identify at least four similarities between and four differences.For each, identify two elements you believe would have the most impact on employee behavior and explain why.
You are encouraged to draw from the Workshops Two, Three and Four discussions.
Ethical Framework (2 pages)
Purpose: To present the ethical framework you would introduce to the company you lead.
Follow the format of page two of the Beckett Corp Roadmap.You are to identify at least four principles that you would include in your ethical framework and explain what each means using complete sentences.
On a separate page, explain the reasons you chose each principle.You will answer the question, "why is this principle important to me?" with one fully developed paragraph.In addition, choose one Bible verse for each principle.Explain the connection between the verse and the principle and why you chose that particular verse.Again, your explanation should be one fully-developed paragraph.
Implementation (1 - 2 pages)
Purpose: To present an implementation plan for your ethical framework.
Imagine that it is your first day as the CEO of a corporation that has 2,000 employees working in six different states.Respond to these questions:
o How would you process our ethical framework to get buy in?
o How would you implement the framework throughout the organization?
o How would you reinforce the principles so that they are the lens for all decision-making even after a long period of time.
Conclusion (1 - 2 paragraphs)
Include a paragraph, or two, of concluding remarks.
REFERENCES
(Begin a new page)
Purpose: To alphabetically list all references cited in the narrative of your paper.
Follow the APA guidelines to acknowledge all sources that have been cited throughout the paper.
The successful Applied Management Capstone will include a minimum of five separate sources.
