The response includes a pay grade and range table that accurately includes all twenty-three positions. Unfortunately, overlap was not noted between pay grades 1 and 2. Also, the CSR 1 and Ops Supervisor positions do not fit into their assigned pay grades. Please ensure your revised submission includes a pay grade and range table that displays overlapping pay transitions, addresses each new role within an appropriate pay grade, aligns with market survey data, and demonstrates consistent steps. All positions must be placed in a pay grade where the pay of the positions (from A) falls somewhere between the minimum and maximum of the pay grade. Be sure to proofread!Consistency of overlap between pay grades - The overlap should never be so large that the minimum is below the midpoint of the prior pay grade. A good guideline is that the minimum should be between the midpoint and maximum of the prior pay grade. The Principle of Consistency/Progression states that the pay grade span, the dollar amount between the minimum and maximum of the pay grade is consistent, or it gets larger as the pay grades go up to the partners.
