1. About two weeks ago Anuar sent a letter to Zain offering to sell his car. The letter said, "My old friend Zain, I want to sell my classic Mini Austin to you. Since you are my close friend, I am offering a special price of only RM20,000." A day later Zain replied, "Dear Anuar, I am not interested in the car, but my son Izzat is. He will buy your Mini Austin for RM20, 000. Izzat will go and see you to make the payment and pick up the car. If you change your mind about selling the car, please contact me immediately." After receiving Zain's letter, Anuar decided not to sell the car to Izzat. He believes a young person like Izzat will not be able to take care of a classic car and will only destroy it. However, due to his busy schedule, he forgot to inform Zain or Izzat about this. Yesterday Anuar received a text message from Izzat. "Dear Uncle Anuar, thank you for selling the car to me. I will stop by your house today to settle the payment and take the car." Anuar now seeks your advice whether he is bound to sell the car to Izzat. Advise Anuar.
