partner that researched a union local with a different parent than your local. With your partner, discuss

the similarities and difference between your two grievance processes. Create a summary chart to show

the similarities and differences between the two processes. Create a sample grievance and then

illustrate how the issue will work through each process.

After completing this assignment, you will be able to explain the steps in the grievance process.
