Use the weighted scoring model we learned in the classroom (chapter 2) to prioritize your projects, and to select the top winning project. You must apply the following steps:

1. Define your projects (same as assignment 1, but you may further define/refine your projects).

2. Define Evaluation Criteria/Groups. You must select different groups of criteria (i.e. Financial, Strategic, Customer-related, Schedule-related, etc.), and under each group define 1-3 different criteria.

3. Assign weights for each of the groups/criteria from step 2. You must explain and justify the weights for each criteria/group, and your total weights for all criteria should be 100%.

4. Evaluate your projects against the criteria and score each one (raw score), making sure to use critical thinking in your scores. (scores should be 1 to 10, 1 being low, 10 being high, and 5 being medium, etc.). You must explain the scoring process/scores.

5. Calculate weighted scores (raw score * criterion weight).

6. Describe your winning project and why/how it was selected.

7. The above should be done in Excel see sample assignments.
