Explain the purpose of interviewing anyone serving/working in the position held by the interviewee, including contribution(s) to learning and public administration practice, in accordance to the mission of the agency or department in which interviewee serves/works. Describe the method of the interview you plan to use (in-person, telephone, etc.) and explain why this method was selected. Also, include a draft of your interview questions. Consider asking additional questions unique to interviewee and position held. While it is informative to ask about where the interviewee was born and family composition, additional questions may also relate to Module 2, 3, and 4 discussion assignments you have already completed, which includes learning of principles for public administrators.
