• According to theACSQHC framework, there are nine areas for action by people in the health system. Specifically, evaluate what they are doing with respect to these areas. For example, Area 1.2 is "Increase health literacy". What are they doing to increase health literacy with their consumers?
• Use these areas to guide the analysis. Provide examples, where available.
• You may not be able to find information on all these areas. Address all the ones that you can.
• For this section it may help you to research consumer (patient) feedback and reviews to get further information to support your evaluation.
