Use WebGL to generate a graphic for a 7-day forecast for a major city. The graphic should contain a line chart representing the change in temperate each day at the top. The line chart should be above an outline of a skyline of a city. One possible example follows:

The chart must be generated using the primitives(points, lines, triangles). You may not use a pre-existing package or function specifically designed for drawing graphs. The color of the lines or bars of the graph must be different from the color used in drawing the city skyline.

The city skyline needs to contain buildings with different heights and shapes. In addition, some of the buildings in the skyline need to have visible windows. As with the chart, the entire skyline must be generated using the primitives(points, lines, triangles).
