At this completion you will have the beginnings of a business case for this team to present for funding as well as a map for how to get this team functioning.As in other assignments, do not share real data. A narrative describing the purpose of the paper.Step 1. Assess the Climate. A narrative where you answer the three main questions from the section and include a sentence or two for each of the 10 items to be considered, include the rating and what led you to make the rating.Step 2. Target an Approach. A narrative that explains the process that will be used for starting up this area in your HR department. The step includes some areas to consider like creating an HR metrics glossary, establishing data integrity processes, develop a governance committee, possible timelines to learn about your company's data, and assessing resources. You do not need to include all but a good representation of some areas to show due diligence.Step 3. Define the Strategy. A narrative for the strategy of the team with actual one, three, and five year goals.Step 4. Build the Team. A narrative to identify the skills that team members will need to possess.Step 5.
