• Using as reference the Gantt Diagram and the Work Breakdown Structure (EDT), you should design a Network Diagram for your final project where you should highlight all the tasks to be performed in the project from its beginning to the end of the project (use a minimum of 5 activities and two routes). How to do it? Attached are three links in which we explain how to prepare the Network diagram.

This will be the network diagram of your final project. You must create and include the table of immediate activities, days and predecessors. Using the table, cr3at3 the final project timeline network. Then, using the enumeration method (forward and backward pass), calculate the start and end of activities and show all routes across the network. Shows how long each route will take. Identifies the critical path. Show the schedule in a Network diagram showing critical, non-critical activities and your total fleet (slack).
