Logic: - If the applicant's age is 13 or below, they can't register. - If the applicant's age is 19 or below, they must pay $10.00. - If the applicant is aged 20 to 29 , they must pay $35.50. - If the applicant is aged 30 to 64 , they must pay $70.50. - If the applicant is aged 65 or older, they are free. Logic: - If the applicant was referred by a client, they receive a discount of $25.00 Step 4: Subtotal Using the fee information gathered thus far determine the monthly subscription subtotal. Logic: - Add the Age Fee and Start Month Adjustment, then subtract the Client Referral Discount. - If the calculation for the subtotal above is less than 0 then set the subtotal to 0 . Step 5: Taxes Using the information provided below determine the amount to be paid in taxes. Logic: - Determine the amount of HST to be paid on the subtotal, (13\%) - Determine the city services tax to be paid on the subtotal, (9%) Step 6: Final Fee Using all your calculated values determine what the final amount of the monthly subscription is including all taxes. Step 7: Output Output all gathered and calculated information. The final output should be structured as shown in the 2 sample outputs on the next page.
