IRS informants are paid cash awards based on the value of the money recovered. If the information was specific enough to lead to a recovery, the informant receives 10 percent of the first $75,000, 5 percent of the next $25,000, and 1 percent of the remainder, up to a maximum award of $50,000. The IRS informant, Pete request that you write a program to read in the names of the taxpayer and the amounts recovered from the data file IRS.txt. Your program must generate a report that list the taxpayers name and amount recovered and the amount of the reward that Pete should receive. Pete would also like to know how many taxpayers he turn in and the total and average of the rewards.
