Her corporaon, Kennson Inc., was formed under the state laws of Delaware, even though Kennedy primarily runs her corporaon from North Carolina. Kennedy is currently president and CEO of Kennson Inc. She has about 10 employees total. For the past two years, she was running the business out of her garage, allowing about three-quarters of her employees to work from home, simply to create and manage content. However, because she has increased her product offerings, she requires a bigger space to house her products as well as her in-house employees. Kennedy wants to focus on the big picture when it comes to running her business. She delegates the job of leasing a commercial property to Micah, her operaonal manager. Micah enters into a lease at 123 Anyplace Way, a 3,000 square foot commercial property with room for all of Kennson's business needs. Under the lease terms, Kennson has to pay $5,000 a month for the space and the lease is for one year. Kennson Inc. moves into 123 Anyplace Way. Unfortunately, three months aer moving, Kennson's TokTick video views dropped significantly. Kennedy eventually has to let go of half of her employees while she figures out how to deal with the drop in followers. She is contemplang breaking her lease in order to save a few months of rent.
