Mr. Notso Intel Igente responded immediately by email, saying "I accept. I'll pick up the book tomorrow after class." One hour after that, Ms. Gennie Us also answered, saying "would you take $40"? To which Professor Farrell responded "Yes, if you raise it to $45."Ms. US then answered "sold!"When Mr. Igente came to pick up the book, he was shocked and angered to find that Ms. Us had 'bought it out from under him,' and wants to know if he can sue Professor Farrell for breach of contract.
