To which Professor Farrell responded "Yes, if you raise it to $45."Ms. US then answered "sold!"When Mr. Igente came to pick up the book, he was shocked and angered to find that Ms. Us had 'bought it out from under him,' and wants to know if he can sue Professor Farrell for breach of contract.
