Write a program that use an ArrayList to maintain a list of cities describe by the City class as defined in City.java, you must able to insert or remove cities at any place in the list to maintain a certain order as you add or removed elements. Add 10 cities and display the list and delete 5 cities and display the list. the out put must show city latitude and longitude.
