Using one of the three $(3)$ positions attached $($or another position of your choosing$),$ predict five questions that you feel a hiring manager might ask a candidate in their interview. Take into consideration the type of industry, education and qualifications, demonstration of soft$/$interpersonal skills, etc., when formulating your questions. Make sure you include at least $2$ behavioral $/$ situational questions $($ex: $$Tell us about a time....$$ OR $$Give us an example of$....$

STEP $2$: Using the STAR approach as much as possible, write your answers to each of the five questions you chose is Step $1.$

STEP $3$: Using your webcam$/$video software $$ record yourself answering the $5$ questions. Make sure you present professionally, speak clearly, and use the STAR approach to answer each question. Make sure you give clear examples of your knowledge, skills, experience and abilities.

STEP $4$: Reflect on the experience. Do you feel more prepared for subsequent job interviews after this exercise? What did you learn about yourself? What can you do to improve your interview skills moving forward? How did the experience make you feel and how confident are you in presenting your skill set to potential employers or for networking purposes?
