Using PM theory design a project risk plan that will be appropriate for this case.

Energy Build Inc. is a startup in the field of green energy construction. The two partners that have formed the company, a civil engineer and a mechanical engineer are recent graduates of MIT (Metropolitan Institute of Technology). They were inspired in their business endeavor by the elective course they took in green technologies during their studies which is where they met and strongly believe in green technology being the future of construction. Their first project is the conversion of an old warehouse in inner city Detroit to a green apartment building. They won the tender issued by the city of Detroit through a very low bid as they wanted to get started with their company but now, they are very worried about the feasibility of their project as they may not have properly estimated all risks involved. For this reason, they turned to you their friend and also recent graduate of MIT in project management to help them craft a project risk management plan to guide them in the implementation of the overall project.
